Refund Policy

Cancel online at any time at /pro (“Cancel plan”) or through “Manage billing”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid: you keep Pro until then and are not charged again. Your data is not deleted: you move to the Free plan, where you keep invoicing within its monthly quota. Your payroll, bank and payment records stay available to view, but you cannot create new ones for those features.

We do not refund partial months. If you cancel, you are not charged for the next month.

• If you ask within 14 days of the initial purchase or of a yearly renewal charge, we refund that charge in full and the plan ends.
• After those 14 days we do not refund the unused part of the year, except as provided in the Terms (for example, if a change to the Terms materially reduces your rights).
• We send you a reminder 15 to 30 days before each yearly renewal.

If you choose to cancel immediately, your account moves to the Free plan at that moment. The 14-day window of the yearly plan still applies; outside it there is no prorated refund.

We always refund duplicate charges, charges made after a cancellation had already taken effect, and charges for an amount different from the one you agreed to.

Email support@finaxel.shop from your account’s address with the date of the charge. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days. Before opening a dispute with your bank, write to us: it is usually faster.

This policy covers your Finaxel subscription. Payments your customers make on your invoices are between you and them: you decide on and handle their refunds in your Stripe account.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
